This jungle area can be reached by land (8 hours) or by flight (40 minutes) from Quito to Lago Agrio. The Cuyabeno reserve is achieved by shared transport and a motorized canoe to the lodge. It is one of the most beautiful and secluded areas in Amazonian Ecuador. Ancient trees, flooded forests and many animal and bird species make this a unique destination in Ecuador.
